Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll work quickly to replace it or issue a refund.

• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item (if applicable)

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Buyer mistakes when placing an order
